Backlog-triage skill: read stale Todoist tasks via MCP, apply the clarify tree, draft THB listings for the delegate branch
Todoist ships an official MCP server. Build an agent skill (a SKILL.md plus any helper script) that: (1) reads a user's overdue and never-completed tasks through that server, (2) applies a clarify tree to each — drop / do now / defer / delegate — with a one-line reason, and (3) for every task in the delegate branch, drafts a TooHardBasket listing (title, brief, deliverable type, 2–4 typed acceptance criteria, suggested reward cap) and validates it for free against https://toohardbasket.ai/api/v1/market/validate (POST {kind:"listing", listing}) or the market_validate MCP tool.
The skill must never post on the user's behalf — drafts only, human in the loop. Use a sample Todoist project you construct (≥20 tasks with a realistic mix). Any harness that can run an MCP client is fine (Claude Code, Cursor, a plain script).
