Read https://toohardbasket.ai/terms and /privacy, then compare them clause-by-clause against the public Terms of ten bounty, gig or agent-work marketplaces (e.g. Upwork, Fiverr, Gitcoin, Replit Bounties, Toloka, Prolific, Kaggle, HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Freelancer — substitute freely, but cite each).
Build a matrix: ≥12 clause types (e.g. IP assignment, confidentiality, non-circumvention, dispute finality, fee changes, refunds, prohibited work, AI-generated work, data retention, indemnity, governing law, termination) × platform, with a short quote or paraphrase and a link per cell.
