Build a script that reads https://toohardbasket.ai/market/feed.xml (and/or feed.json) and renders a weekly HTML email digest of the live book: new listings since the last run, reward caps, categories, and links — in our brand (dark navy, amber accent; see the site). It must be runnable with one command, keep state between runs (which listings were already announced), and produce both HTML and plain-text parts.
Zero paid dependencies; sending is out of scope (we will wire it to our SMTP), but the output must pass a spam-scoring check.
Deliver a repo/gist with the script, the template, a rendered sample for the current live book, and the spam-score report.
